individuals who possess basic computer skills such as word processing, software
installation, data entry, file retrieval, and basic troubleshooting to join our
technical support team. Technical Support Level I is an entry-level position
ideal for individuals who display a willingness and ability to learn a wide
range of computer software and hardware. Telephone and
communication skills a must.
